My CSS are not working on IE :(

I have custom CSS which I wrote in Jetpack CSS.

I did all my changes using Chrome Inspector and put the changes on JetPack CSS, but now when I see my site on Internet Explorer it is completely weird and Shabby ??

I am not sure what I should be doing it so it works fine on IE as well
