    1) – I cannot login to my account on your website.

    2) – There is NO password reset button on your support page

    3) – I had to find my original receipt so that I could get to the “password reset” page.

    4) – Tried to reset my password, and the page says, that I do not have an account with you.

    What is going on ?

    Was your support page and database re-hauled ?

    Is this plugin under new management ?
