    Hey @selenus

Are your customers able to access all other sections in their My Account page?

What is the exact issue with the Orders section exactly? Is the menu option not there, does it give an error message, etc.

    Hi Senff,

Yes, my customers are able to access all sections in My account page. They can view their orders list (/my-account/orders) but when they click in View order, the page is not found.

I’ve desactivated all plugin to make sure there is not conflict. My theme is Avada, but I’ve tried with Twenty Twenty theme… None of this has helped me fix the problem

I can send you my wordpress credentials to check the issue.

    Thanks for your help.

I also have a questions regarding that. Because I can find all my customers in WooCommerce but not in WordPress so they can’t login or request a new password.

So maybe we have the same issues.
customers I can find in the WooCommerce tab but they don’t have automatically an WordPress account to login as customers

    Hi @selenus,

I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behaviour which you describe with order pages not loading.

From WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced check that the View order endpoint looks like this below.

I’d also maybe try resaving your WordPress installations Permalinks from WordPress Admin > Settings > Permalinks.

    Hi Stuart

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, View order endpoint in my Woocommerce is view-order.

And yes, I’ve resaved the permalinks, but the problem continue…

My WordPress and Woocommerce is updated to the latest version. No plugins or theme conflicts.

If I give you the credentials, could you take a look at my site?

    Best wishes!
    David

Hi @selenus. I’m sorry that we missed your last response.

If you’d like someone to log into your account to help with troubleshooting, you can contact one of the services on our Customizations page.

I can take a look at your system status report to see if I notice any issues there. You can find the report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.
