[NSFW] My customizer did not open

    Hello Guys,

    since a week i use to try to open may cutomizer wehrer i use the Neve Theme and it does not work. I don’t no what i shude do. My website coud releas, cause i dont get the cutomizer to start. i open the cutomizer and all i see is an wite page and on the tap is written customizer loading…. but nothing happen.

    Pleas coud someone help my with this or can say waht can i do?

    Hi @leacb,

    Would you mind opening the browser console and check if there are any errors that pop up when you are loading customizer?

    This might be a conflict with one of the plugins that you are using so you might want to try disabling all the plugins that you have and check if functionality works then – if it works try enabling plugins one by one to find the conflicting plugin.

    thank you for the answer. Lest Weekend i have done all the things you told me to do. And the last option that i choose was that i choose another theme and than the customizer works perfektly. And the weekend I made a few updates of the plugins and the Neve theme needs also a update. I do the update and the customizer did not work as the same way as last weekend.

    I took another theme in the preview option and it works and than i do the same thing by the neve theme. (Also i check my cutomiezer with the preview option from the neve theme) And it was working. But i hope this would be not habit.
