  • Hi @mostnasser ??

my dashboard feezed on zeero orders

As I understand, the net sales section in the WooCommerce status widget is not getting updated. Correct?

I tried reproducing this, without success. Everything worked as expected in my testing.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://Quickforget.com service and send that secret link here.

We await your response to better assist you.

    Hey @mostnasser

It is expected that your net income is based on Completed orders only. WooCommerce considers those orders completely final, for which you have received payment and you sent/delivered the item(s) to the customer.

A Processing order is not yet 100% final (it basically means it’s paid, but not shipped out yet) and will therefore not be included in the Net amount.

Hope this clarifies it a bit!

how to change it from completed to processing

Hey @mostnasser ?? , to change the order status from completed to process, I highly recommend following the steps from this support doc.

Essentially, you’d open the specific order from the WooCommerce > Orders page, which will open the Edit order page for the order. Then you’d select Processing, Completed, and then the Update button, such as in this screenshot I took from my test site:

Please let us know if the net income appears after doing that or if you need further help!

Hi @mostnasser, my apologies for misunderstanding what you needed! To confirm, it sounds like you want to have orders with the Processing status show up in the Analytics as part of Net sales, right?

yes this is exactly what i need, instead of only completed orders

@mostnasser, thanks for confirming what you’d like to set up! In that case, I’d like to reiterate what Senff said:

A?Processing?order is not yet 100% final (it basically means it’s?paid, but not?shipped?out yet) and will therefore not be included in the Net amount.

If you’re aware of why WooCommerce Analytics works this way and do need Processing orders included in Net sales, you will need to have the featured developed for your site.

I tried to find existing code for this feature but I’m not seeing anything related to what you need. As this now involves a fairly complex development topic, I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in and help you out.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce if you’re familiar with code.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack for help. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

    Thank you!
