my date selector just stopped working

I hope you’re well today!

I visited the site and I understand that the form in question is the one near the top for car rental – pickup/drop-off location and dates.

I see it’s not a Forminator form currently so I’m not sure if you have replaced Forminator form there with something else or should I check some other page on the site?

If you have replaced Forminator form, could you possibly put original Forminator form on some additional test page (and share link to it) so we could take a look?
