Hi there, I have accidenally deleted the default home page title on my wordpress. my website is https://www.nameyourcareer.com. Now what I mean is that as a beginner, I naturally created a page called home, not knowing that I was doubling up… When I realised that I had 2 home pages, I naturally deleted (not sure how) the one that looked like Home:home… Now I am just not able to retrieve it or at least to assign a page to https://www.nameyourcareer.com that I would call Home. In other words, when navigating on my website, you cannot actually go back to home…

Finally, I have tried to make the one I created as home (www.nameyourcareer.com/home) as a static page (front page), but then
when I also want my post to show on that homepage, wordpress would not allow it to be both a front page AND the post page as well…

Any idea how I can restore it or make a new home page (knowing that I need the post to go to that page automatically)

In case it is needed, I use bluehost.

    Thank you so much!
    Hamza

I hope you can help bcoz I have been working on this for the second day now with no success…

Well, just found the solution. For those of you who the same things happen.

Go to “all pages” and delete the pages that you do not want.
Then go to menu and delete the menu… Create a new one, it will have the default homepage!

    Good Luck!
