my desktop version of website is different than the mobile version

    I removed the ability for users to register or login to my website because i didnt create a form yet, but its still show on my main menu in the mobile. but it doesnt on my desktop. Please help me with removing it from displaying in the mobile when i open the site in the mobile or tablet.
