  • Hello @vijayrajesh

An internal server error indicates that something crashed on your server when trying to load the page.

The good news is that these errors are typically logged by your server, and if you can find the exact error, we can hopefully figure out what’s going wrong.

Can you access your site’s error logs and send us any fatal errors that occurred around the time you saw the problem?

If you’re not sure how to access them, your hosting provider will be able to help find them.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle

    This is what happens

“The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://whatistheurl.com [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 52: Empty reply from server]”

    Hi @vijayrajesh

I’ve seen you mentioned the http_request_failed cURL error 52: Empty reply from server error; however, that one is usually related to your XML-RPC endpoint not responding to Jetpack’s cURL requests. I’ve taken a look there, and found it wasn’t loading at all, as you can see below:
    XML-RPC endpoint

I’d highly suggest reaching out to your host and having them make that accessible for Jetpack; they can also whitelist our IP ranges:

    https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/

You can then proceed to reinstall Jetpack and see if this error disappears.

Let us know how it goes.
