Try that theme author’s site for support of that upgraded version.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure the author will assist you there.

As I understand it, the free Customizr child theme is the only theme currently on offer on themesandco.com (apart from Customizr, of course). The only paid extension is a plugin.

I should imagine you tried to install a plugin as a theme and WordPress quite rightly spat it out.

Either way the paid code conversation isn’t for here. ??
