• Hi,

My e-commerce Store using ‘wp-ecommerce’ plugin Crashed.

All my pages are working but none of my Products associated with ‘wp-ecommerce’ plugin are visible.

Worse…’wp-ecommerce’ plugin disappeared from installed plugins but is visible via FTP.

And I get this error on my Home page –

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpsc_the_product_thumbnail() in D:\Hosting\9244361\html\wp-content\themes\dangdootpremium\home.php on line 25

How can I get rid of this?

    Website – https://itunes-music.com

    Thanks,
    Josh

your “dangdootpremium” theme seems to be the error.

try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Fifteen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue. If you don’t have access to your admin area, use FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides. Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.

    Hi Tara,

When I use the basic themes like (Twenty Fifteen, etc.) my site is working.

I do have access to wp-admin.And I have been using the “dangdootpremium” for the last 2 years without any issues.

I would like to stay with this theme as it increases on-site time.

Just need this error to go away so that I can add Products…

This suggests your current theme is the issue.

    – Try updating it.
