    Hi @judemarriott,

When you get the chance, could you share a screenshot of your form notification settings (especially the “Message” field) so we can take a look?

    Thanks!

    Dear @ethanchoi
Thanks for your help. I hope this link works, otherwise you will have to help me with that too! Sorry>

    Hi @judemarriott,

Thanks for the details! I had tried using that HTML on my end, and I could view and access the link.

Some email service provider may block links as part of their security setting.
When you get the chance, could you try sending the notification to a different email address to see if the link works on a different email service?

    Hi again @ethanchoi
Hmmmm, I am now really confused and think that I may have settings incorrect elsewhere.

I first tried sending it to my gmail…. no attachment, which is why I began this thread. However, my gmail is also linked to my blog site and I now think that the ‘test’ email was actually a confirmation email.

Based on your last message, I sent it to my hotmail, but did not receive the email at all.
I also sent it to my son’s gmail, again nothing.

I then check my webmail for my blog ([email protected]) and there are all the emails in THAT inbox, with the attachment!

How on earth did I manage that???? !!

    Thanks

    Hi @judemarriott,

    Thanks for the update!

If you’d like to change where your form notifications are sent to, you can go to the form builder > Settings > Notifications to edit the Send To Email Address.

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you for your response.
However, I am still confused. I receive the notification perfectly, but the email and attachment still does not reach the recipient. Back to the drawing board…

    Hi @judemarriott,

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues, and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps ??
