My Estatik shortcode doesn’t work….

Hello all, My website it is used in spanish and I have changed it some here and there to realtor theme pack… but I still can’t figure out how to use the shortcodes,
For instance I wan to display only properties that have not sold or pending,
I have 3 status, Active (Disponible), Pending (pendiente) and sold (vendida)
It displays everything, I have changed this to the short code in the two column view but still displays sold, pending and active.

Can someone please help me to tell me what should be the shortcode to display only Active properties?
