My experience so far…

  • The plugin is a little special as it will require some technical knowledge and understanding. That’s why it may feel a little difficult to use with your website setup.

    In my case following tutorials and guidelines was not enough as there were a few specific challenges that needed the attention of the BigBuy team.

    However, the customer support has been responsive and I got immediate assistance within 24 hours. The plugin is now running on my websites and I am able to import the products I need. Thank you.

    The plugin has imported all products I want and it works well so far.

    I will have a complete opinion about the plugin once orders start coming in. I need to see how the ordering system works and the shipping as well. But so far so good.

    I will update this review once I have a complete picture.
