First impression: you look like more to ‘frightened’ of image stealing rather than ‘trying’ to present nice images for your audience. When I visit your blog, your images seem saying “Don’t steal us! We’re not yours!”. Well, not everyone would steal your images.

It’s not too pleasant to view your images if you put your large green signatures of “www.ophthalmetry.com” on their center. It’s better to put calmer signature not on the center of your images. bottom right will be good.
