We do not have access to the backend of sites, but we can assist in trying to figure out what is going on. In this case, it is mentioned that you have items marked as not sync. Items can be marked as not synced on purpose – if this is not the case (if you need them to be synced) it should be able to be changed by going to each product and on the Facebook area, set to Sync and Show
– after this update it.
On the right side under the Facebook Product Sync area, if it shows data you can click to Delete Product(s) on Facebook
and then Update the product, and this should initiate a sync to that product. Once that is done, check and see if it shows on Facebook.
