• MainWP beats the competition for a few reasons:

    1. Unlike InfiniteWP, it’s GNU (open source)
    2. Unlike InfiniteWP, it runs inside of the WP admin and has a familiar, WP interface. InfiniteWP does most of the same stuff, but it’s got a learning curve because the interface is so different.
    3. Unlike ManageWP, it’s not a SaaS (hosted service) that you have to pay to use. You can install it in a WP install on your own server, right from the WP.org repository, like any other plugin.
    4. MainWP is completely free to use on as many sites as you want. Keep all sites up to date, and secure. You only pay for additional functionality, and the bundle is quite a good price, especially compared to alternatives.

Basically MainWP is the best choice for anyone with the technical knowledge to want to manage a bunch of sites. If you stumble into a situation where you need to manage a bunch, but don’t have the technical knowledge, go with ManageWP. But for almost everyone else, MainWP is the WP-aficionado’s choice.
