My feed aint chaning after new mapping

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Could it be you are using a caching plugin? If so, make sure to clear the caching of that plugin and your browser. Otherwise you might be looking at an older version of your feed.

i’m being using a caching plugin, but i can disable it while im working on this problem :), how to i clear my browser cache ? (im not that good at IT – sorry) is it CTRL + F5?

I can see the changes but somehow google aint fetching the new data?

but it still not working. still says unvalid GTIN even after i’ve mapped it correct how is that?

i’ve seen the blog and dont see the problem with our setup.

ID: 25224

But that value is not in our feed. how to fix that ? and yes i’ve checked if thats the correct feed which is being uploaded ??

Do you still have the g:identifier_exists on plugin calculation? That doesn’t seem to work with the free version of the plugin so you need to change it to the static value of yes to have the plugin report the gtin’s. At least that was so in my case.

5710570005170/D1-PPRC2-E13 = not a valid GTIN.

As this blog post describes a GTIN can only be numeric:

And needs to be between 8-13 numbers long. Perhaps only this part is your real GTIN? 5710570005170

thats what i say.. if you’ve looked at my XML file which i
ve linked 2 times and looked at the item ID: 25224 you could’ve seen that 5710570005170/D1-PPRC2-E13 is not on there ??
