My First Theme — Shows up blank

Hi all,

Building my first theme and have run into a hiccup. I’m trying to test as I go along. I’m not too far in and after loading the theme and activating it I get a blank page. Below are the header, index, sidebar and footer php files. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
