My font doesn’t display on Ipad / Ipad mini / Iphone 11

  • I use the Gotham font. I understand that “Use any Font” converts the font, but my client says it doesn’t work on their devices. They can’t see any text.

    And on simulation, I can see a Google font instead.
    Please would you have an answer to this problem ?

    @gooweb ,

    I checked the site url you have posted but couldn’t find css file from our plugin. Can you please make sure it is active ? Also, if you are using cache or minify plugin, please flush its cache. Flushing cache is needed once new font is uploaded or assigned if you are using such plugin.
