My free shipping rules does not work?

    Hey, I’ve set up the shipping rules for different countries. So I used Subtotal equal to price and I’ve added the Country as second rule.

    First when I only added the price, it works and it only shows me the free shipping. Since I’ve added the country, all the rules does not work and it’s still showing also the other shipping method.

    Do I have a mistake in my setup?

    I’m so sorry for the long delay!
    This is my condition group with the amount how many you have to spend and all the countries.

    I have no idea why the other conditions will be ignorered. I have them for EU and non EU countries. Only Germany works fine.

    In the main settings I checked hide all the other if free shipping is avalaible. The default shipping costs works fine inside the WC settings. Only the free shipping doesnt want to work completely.

    Hi,

    It is not possible to have multiple Country conditions in one condition group as you’re basically telling the system that the customer should be in multiple countries / states at the same time, which isn’t possible.

    Instead you’d want to use OR condition groups for each separate country (and add any other conditions to that group as well).
