• Hello,
I have been adding French language in my website on Sunday evening (three days ago). My developer needed to change the host, which he has setup on Monday (two days ago). When I had a call with him on Tuesday (yesterday) and I wanted to show him something concerning the translation and … I figured out that all my French text that I added was completely gone!
    FYI:
    – we only changed something in the menu, where we still needed add the sub-menus, so people can switch language
    – Could it have been an error that the new version of wordpress has been installed? (if i remember well, that happened last weekend too?)

Can you please share with me which could cause this issue?
btw: i’m 100% sure I saved my translation as a friend even visited my website the day that I added it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I apologize for the long response time – there has been a great load on our support team lately.

All translations are saved into the wp_trp* tables from your database. It could be that the migration affected them.

It seems like your website is mostly translated; have you resolved the issue or re-translated everything?

    Keep me updated!

    Best regards,

Hello Dragos, I didnt wait for your reply. I just restarted to translate everything; unfortunately.
I have another question in the meantime:
I assume I’m having the personal account of Translate Press (as my developer installed it and did talked about a pricing. Also I see I have the plugin SEO Add on & Multiple language Add on)
but unfortunately I can’t see where to add keywords for the 2nd and 3rd language. Someone can help? I do see a Meta description, but not the keywords. Hope to receive quickly an answer.
