Hi.

My GMB is connected and I have selected the account as well but it is not showing my required location in the “Location Select” tab. The location is showing in the GMB account but not in the plugin. It was working fine until June 7th and after that, it suddenly stopped publishing. Upon investigating I found out that my location is not showing anymore. This is happening with a few of my websites. Can you please help with this?

Hi @joshuahudson,

The only thing I can recommend which probably won’t be too helpful is re-authenticating the plugin again. If the location is still not showing, you will need to reach out to Google My Business support and ask them why your location is not showing when doing an API request.

Also how many locations do you have?

Hi.

Thank you for responding. I have tried re-authenticating, but no luck. I have up to 10 locations for each client, and I’m managing approx 100 clients.

Hi @joshuahudson,

There could be an issue with the amount of clients you have. As I mentioned you may wish to contact Google My Business regarding locations which are visible through the API.

The only other thing that I could offer is if you get the pro version AutoSocial (https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/autosocial/) I would be happy to run some API diagnostics on the location endpoint on your account and this will give you a clearer idea of what is going on – it won’t necessarily solve anything, but it will provide insight on what is being reported back and what isn’t.
