    I’ve been using the Userway widget for some time now and although I’ve only opted for their free plugin it’s always been reliable and is frequently updated. Now that my client base is growing I’m considering opting for their paid options just to take advantage of their premium features.

    I had an issue today where one of my websites wasn’t being recognized on the Userway dashboard. I clicked on their support chat feature and in less than 5 minutes I received help from one of their support agents named David. He was courteous and resolved my error quickly.

    My experience with Userway has been nothing but positive and that’s why I’m happy to leave them this review. Hopefully other freelance web designers out there like myself that are searching for an accessibility plugin will come across this review and give Userway a shot.
