My go-to plugin for forms

Didn’t realise i hadn’t reviewed Contact Form 7 yet — have been using it for years, and “simple but flexible” is exactly what it is. I have built some pretty complicated forms with it. And when i just need a simple form — it’s simple to do.

I haven’t had any problems that i couldn’t solve through the website and sometimes a little web searching.

Not super happy with the switch to google’s recaptcha, because of privacy and security issues with the googs, and the extra connection it requires. Also it is more than is needed on the sites i build. But i *am* very happy with Miyoshi’s decision to retain support for Really Simple Captcha. And with other attention to detail, like being able to customise messages from outside the interface (so i can make a file of messages for all websites, instead of having to change the fields for each one). Classes everywhere so i can customise the css. And more.
