My header image is not showing and my top nav links are not quite right. Any hel

Go to Appearance → Editor and click on Header (header.php).

About half way down, you should see some lines of code that look like this:

	<a href="<?php echo esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ); ?>"><img src="<?php header_image(); ?>"  height="<?php echo get_custom_header()->height; ?>" width="<?php echo get_custom_header()->width; ?>" alt="<?php bloginfo( 'name' ); ?>"/></a>
</div><!-- end of #logo -->

Do you see at least the first and last line, the ones that have logo in them? I think you might be missing the middle line, that starts with <a href.

Hmm, actually, there should be two places where the logo div is output. Does your code look like this:

You showed med the second part, it’s the first part that displays the header image.

OK, before we make any code changes, please make sure that you have selected a header image. Go to Appearance → Customize → Header Image and make sure you have an image selected for your header.

If your header is still not displaying, try copying & pasting the contents of this pastebin into your header.php file.
