First of all my hosting company upgraded PHP on the server my sites are hosted on. This killed my wiki. Then I asked them to restore my data from before the PHP upgrade because I felt they might have deleted my wiki pages.

After the restore, my wordpress.quintessentialstudios.net stopped working.

What do I have to do to jumpstart my blog again?

Does anyone know I should go about getting/creating that file?

your host can restore your site up to 30 days back, I try to back up my site every day if I could, because sometimes when you wake up in the morning and check your site, all the links are just dead for no reason or members can’t log in…. justback it up everyday and download to external hard drive. You can spend all day and energy to find the problem and most the time , it’s just the wrong spelling mistake in the code or wrong code number, but the tricky part is no one knows where to find that particular location.
