my index page keeps looping after upgrade

I have now upgraded my wordpress files and followed the instructions down to a T the only problem being is that when word press finished upgrading it went to my index page https://www.oshawajazzandbluesfestival.com and the page just loops like there is not tomorrow and the content is not longer there
HELP!!!
