My Infinite Scrool Footer stopped popping up :(

My site (postmemes.com) was recently compromised so I had to wipe everything off and start again. However, now my footer is missing! You can see how the footer functions on my other site (Battledomination.com)
Anyways, hoping to get my footer back! Gracias.
