My IP address is wrong on Cerber dashboard, on “Your IP” field

Only on one of the websites I developed, on Cerber’s dashboard, on the “Access Lists” page, the “Your IP” address is not the right one, It is an IP address from the US, belonging to Google LLC.
In all the other websites I developed my correct IP address is shown. I access all of them from the same laptop, in the same time.
My correct IP address is in the white IP list. I’m allowed to log in, despite the fact that on “Your IP” address Cerber shows a wrong IP.My customer tries to log in. Cerber doesn’t allow him to log in. His IP address did not change (we checked). His correct IP address is on the white IP list. Cerber sees him trying to log in from the same wrong IP address I mentioned above, the one from the US. (we are in Romania)
None of us is using a VPN.
Now I switched to my mobile phone’s mobile hotspot. The same wrong IP address is shown (!!!), the one from the US. My other websites are showing the correct new IP address, from my mobile hotspot.
What could be wrong?
