My IP got blacklisted and I’m locked out of my website

I was editing an article, and just as I ignored an autosaved “more recent draft” of this article I was suddenly locked out of my website with the following message:
Security FireWall is activated for your IP 79.1.202.170
312598, https://www.uniurbe.orgI logged into the Cleantalk dashboard and I whitelisted my IP address in all services. It has been over a half-hour now and I still can’t even view my website! When I click on the link at my IP address it says that my address is not specifically registered as generating spam but other two addresses in the general range are and my IP thus has a 10% spam reputation… How can I view my website again without going in by FTP and manually disabling Cleantalk?

Usually, settings of the plugin are updating once in an hour. We checked this IP and it’s not in our blacklists.
