• I’m currently using WP 4.3.1 Was wondering if this issue has happened to anyone else, My iPhone will not direct me to my cart after tapping on an item on my ecommerce site. I’ve checked with my friends to see if they are having the same problem, on the same phone and other phones but they seem not to be having the same problem. Anyone else out there have this issue?

    try to clean your cache in iphone, probably safari in settings – clear all data …
    It can cause some old cache or whatever there.
    Anyway keep an eye on this, bc. it can be some kind of conflict with some plugin/theme.

    Hi Peter, Thank you for replying. I went to Safari in settings, cleared History and Website Data and the problem still persists. Any other suggestions?

    Can you post that link, that I will try it with iphone?

    The problem is when I go to Shop – Headgear – tap an item and nothing happens. It should go to the item to select for purchase but nothing happens.
    Also, it seems as though the new Apple IOS makes the site look totally different now…. I tried it on an updated iPhone and went to the Apple store and punched in my site on all the computers there and the site looks nothing like it did before.

    I think its some javascript issue, your menu does not work well on mobile.
    If you use some kind of plugin for menu, slider and additional fancy staff, then there can be some conflict.
    So you have to troubleshoot, try to disable menu plugin, slider … and find what cause the most problems.
    Not sure about your theme too, as on mobile I see your logo two times ??

    What about idea to use there default menu, avoid slider and instead of it show just one – three top products?

    Hey Peter, I’ll go take a look at it again but now there’s an issue with new iPhones that I’ve caught onto. You mentioned 2 logos, well when I bring up my site on my iPhone, which I have not updated to the latest version, everything looks fine. New iPhone users will see something totally different. The theme you see on your phone looks nothing like the theme I see on my phone. I think it has to do with the new Apple iOS. I’m going to update my phone and computer tonight and see what happens. Standby for another post from me asking about that ??
