My live site doesn't show changes made

  • I’ve been struggling with a problem for several weeks now.

    There is a discrepancy between what shows on my mobile site and what shows when the site is viewed via a computer.

    I have a responsive theme – Customizr – installed.

    When I make changes in the backend – such as changing the menu or even the theme – those changes are not reflected on the live site when viewed on a computer, but the changes are visible when viewed on mobile.

    I have the latest version of WordPress, I have the latest version of the Customizr theme, and all the plugins are up-to-date, but still the changes I make do not carry through to the live site.

    I have cleared my cache and tried viewing on a number of different computers.

    Any clues?

  • Hello,

    I’ve checked your site on my PC and phone and I can see what you’re talking about.

    If you have a caching plugin installed, try emptying its cache.

    If you don’t come right try posting your query on the Customizr forum.

    Thanks for checking. I don’t have a caching plugin installed, and I have already posted in the Customizr forum, but I will do so again in the hope someone can find a solution. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
