My Login page will not show!

ftp to site or use host’s file manager to rename the /plugins folder
this will deactivate all plugins and let you log in to test
rename folder back after log in and re-activate plugins one by one until you find the offender

so should i login through my ftp and delete the plugin that caused this? I uploaded the backup plugin!

after that it all went blank when i tried to log back in!
