There’s a plugin conflict…the big job ahead of you now is to disable plugins one by one until you find the one that is in conflict with another…I would start with the Nextgen plugin, then your button plugin…what is happening is that the white box that shows up is a lightbox window, and it’s loading when you click on the logo. I think your lightboxes are in conflict.

One of the joys of using different kinds of plugins, is that not all play nice with each other. The hard part is to find which one is the cause of the problem. A process of elimination as it were.

This is it. My NextGen plugin (I do like very much!) is the issue.
There is no way to fixe it, right? I do have to find an other media, gallery plugin, isn’t it?

Best thing to do is contact their support and see if there’s anything they can do. The other issue is to find out if it’s the plugin itself or if it’s conflicting with another plugin. Last resort would be to find an alternative plugin.
