I have set up the API key etc and entered the relevant details in the User Synch page. I have selected the MailChimp list that I want to sync and have selected ‘Administrator’ as the Role To Sync and carried out a manual synchronisation.

When I log into my MailChimp account the list is not being updated and is not synchronising with my WordPress site.

Surely this is a basic function which unfortunately does not work for me. Any suggestions please?

any error in the log (Mailchimp for WP > Other)?
Maybe a field that is set to be required in Mailchimp?
Maybe double opt-in is turned on in Usersync settings?

    Thanks for your response
I am not getting any errors
I have renewed my MailChimp Lists and all went OK

These are my selections on the User Sync page
    Enable Auto Sync: YES
Sync User With This List: MQRA
    Double Opt-In: NO
    Role To Sync: All Roles
    Send Additional Fields: None defined
    Users Must Opt-In: NO
I carried out a Manual Synchronisation and all went well.

When I log into my MailChimp account the list is not being updated and is not synchronising with my WordPress site.

Manual sync goes well, but you still don’t see subscribers in MailChimp?

That would be very strange, you should at least get some errors when you sync.

Make sure to actually search for a subscriber within the list, MailChimp’s totals are known to updated with a delay sometimes.

Re: “and is not synchronising with my WordPress site.”

You mean 2 way sync, from MailChimp to WordPress as well?
    https://kb.mc4wp.com/configure-webhook-for-2-way-synchronizing/

Since there are no errors as far as I understand I’m afraid there is nothing more I can do for you on this, see: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/sticky-if-you-need-support-for-mailchimp-user-sync-read-this-first/

If you are using one of our Premium add-ons you could contact Premium support and see if we can login to your WordPress and look into this further. But that would be out of scope for our free support.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!
