My main shop page with slug in Cyrillic is not working

I translated the slug of my shop main page (shop) I made it (магазин) in Bulgarian language (Cyrillic) characters.

When the page url is pasted directly into the browsers address bar it’s not loading the products and many other thing, it’s not working properly.

The same is when I share it on Facebook and click the link.
