My Membership Access is Cancelling Immediately

I’m having the same problem and came here looking for this issue as well. The newly integrated “Cancel on Next Payment Date” is not working at all. Still cancels the membership immediately.

This is typically a site-specific issue as this isn’t something we can replicate locally. @lookwhoo may I ask you to open a new ticket or follow the feedback given here however we won’t be able to troubleshoot both user’s sites in a single topic.

@xshuttyx does this happen for all users that cancel? Do you have any custom code running on your site?

Please checkout with a new/unused account and run a test cancellation and let me know if the issue persists?

Yes, this happens to all users that cancel.

No custom code that I can think of.

Yes this is happening everytime a member cancels.

I can’t replicate this behavior on my side so we need to troubleshoot this together to try and narrow down a possible common denominator.

Would you be able to post screenshots of 2 or 3 member’s member history so that we can take a further look into this? You can navigate to Memberships > Members > Edit Member and click on the Memberships tab before scrolling down to Membership History.
