My menu appears twice on the pages

Hi,
I’m new in wordpress and I’m learning step by step how to edit the theme.
I uploaded a blank html5, then pasted my own css. I proceeded in inserting my own html info in the header and footer, then created the pages.
The menu started to appear in the header but I wanted to be exactly as in my original html file. I copied and pasted the code on the header.php.
Results: my menu doubled. Is there anyone who can give me some tips in how to merge both in one. I wnt to keep my own code..shall I remove some php lines? and the from which php file? from functions?pls check the issue: https://www.7daysfreefilm.com/
Ps I tried to modify from Appearence> Menu and Widget but no results
