    Hi there,

I’d like to start by apologizing for not getting back to you before. Unfortunately, we have received an unusual amount of requests, which is delaying our response time, and we generally answer in the order received.

Could you please confirm if you have any other optimization plugin installed that provides the similar feature that Jetpack Boost also does?

Jetpack Boost and other optimization plugins may have similar optimization options available. Jetpack Boost options can be easily turned on and off, and other plugins usually will offer the same facility too. We don’t recommend having the same optimization enabled in Jetpack Boost and other optimization plugins, as it is unlikely to benefit your site and may cause unexpected issues.

Also @redlinebikeparts – could you please start your own thread, as per the forums welcome guide?

    Hi Animesh,

I’ve managed to get the score to mobile: 48, desktop: 87. Seems to have happened when I removed a paragraph from the front page and added a webp formatted site logo image. I’ve changed it back to png and the paragraph back now. However, there’s still issues with mobile, that I can’t get the LCP below 2.5 (it’s on 2.7 at the moment) , there’s unused javascript causing 0.92s delay and https://chatterboxfilm.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/css/jetpack.css?ver=11.3-a.3 contributing to unused css not used above the fold content of 0.82s delay. ‘Properly size image is causing 2.6s delay, however I have the thumbnails small on the front page. I’ve not got any other optimization plugins, only Jetpack and Jetpack Boost.

Jetpack has now completely crashed on me and no longer works. Can’t use site appearance editor or load my site up the way it was supposed to look. Jetpack Dashboard is blank and I’ve tried it on 3 different browsers across 2 devices.

From your reply, it is not clear if Jetpak crashed or Jetpack Boost, so to fix this issue, please log in to your site via _FTP_ or _SFTP_ or _cPanel > File Manager_ and go to the wp-content/plugins/ folder and delete the folder named jetpack and jetpack-boost.

Once done, your website will likely start working again, and you will be able to log in to WordPress Admin. After logging in to WordPress Admin, reinstall the Jetpack and Jetpack Boost plugin from _WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New_, and reconnect them.

Jetpack came back after contacting support on the day. Took the entire day to find out the issue with that part. The plugins were out of sync.
