My new blog just completely shuts down now on entry..

  • Hi all,

    I’ve just started using WordPress and i’m really impressed with the functionality. However, when something goes wrong I’m totally lost.

    Hopefully some of ye guys can help. I just set up the blog in the past couple of days but now even when I go to the blog homepage I get a Microsoft error message and the browser (IE) just completely shuts down:

  • Your blog works fine in firefox 2.0. Your blog works fine in IE7. Your blog works fine in IE6.

    It’s something on your machine most likely.

    I’ve changed my browser to Firefox and I don’t seem to have a problem now… thanks for the idea vkaryl. M

    I just checked with a friend who has Safari, and reinstalled Opera, checked that too – all fine. Got to be on your local end.

    Nice really, y’know? At least the world knows you’re there!
