My new favorite

This has a clean look, a well thought out selection of options, flexible headers and footers, a wide selection of fonts, good control of typography, easy control of mobile vs desktop vs tablet appearance, easy to give different formatting to different page types (page vs archive, etc). The set of customizable named colors makes it easy to manage a standard color scheme for the site which can later be changed. Generally speaking, I have quite a lot of custom CSS with any website. I tend to need a lot fewer added CSS rules with Neve.

The only thing I’m unhappy with is that the site title, tagline, and logo in the header are too small and there’s no way to enlarge them via options. I was able to get around this with custom CSS.
