My new favorite form plugin

It’s a little tricky to figure out how to configure but if you put a bit of effort into it, the rewards are great. Lots of functionality for a free form plugin. In particular, I needed conditional email notifications (email routing depending on choice in list). Got it working and I am chuffed!
