My new ip address Blocked?

    Hello,
    Let me start by saying you are doing a wonderful job of your plugin with support and updates.
    I transferred a site over to a new server with a new dedicated IP address. and I am now not able to login or not able to reset password as I do not get the the email.
    I have gone into the database files to confirm password and email.
    What is the easiest way I can fix this.

    The first option I am not aware of how to us the code editor or where to get/put the changes. Sorry.
    Could not get the ip_geo_block_settings file up in the phpMyAdmin database
    insert – option_value Varchar(191). Put the ‘ip_geo_block_settings’
    into the box under the Value but did not know what to push to see the file.

    Would I be successful if I deleted the entire file from the cPanel – file manager? Or can I edit any php files in that area?

    Everything is resolved. It was apparently another issue, and not related to your fine plugin at all. I am sorry for taking your time.

    Hello, Sorry to bother you as I know I am the one that created my problem. I downloaded your fine plugin to keep a group from Samara away from my site. Somehow I did not fill out the form right and now I am keeping me out. I get a forbidden page pop up when I try to go to my admin page. I read the above and unfortunately I do not understand what I should do. The only thing I seemed to have learned somewhat is how to send emails on computers. I looked and did not see another thread that might help me. If you or someone else could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. If it helps my site is coastalpropertiesofcostaalegre.com
