• Hey all!

I’ve been going back and forth for a while deciding if I wanted to move my site to WordPress and really glad I did. My main site is static & I don’t update it regularly but I needed a part of the site where I could post pretty much every day.

I’m still experimenting with the design and thinking of it as more of a work in progress.

    Hope you likey!

    Hi

I have purchased a word press theme called ‘review it’

    https://ghostpool.com/wordpress/?theme=reviewit username : themeforest password :password123

I have also registered a domain name

i have hosted it with hostgator

I have installed the wordpress theme

I have set up the MySQL database for it.

I have also read up on tutorials about html and css

I’m now in the process of creating the website from my wordpress dashboard.

I want to make a single page wordpress site , similar to the review it site and have ads on the sidebars.

I want the area where it says ‘review it ‘ to read ‘ Get in perfect shape’

I have logged into the theme, and gone to the dashboard. but i cant find the html sheet for the pages for me to copy and replicate the site.

where do I go from here?

    Kind Regards

    Thanks, Joey-Lobb!

Your site is pretty cool, and the colours match the theme of your site really well. It’s actually really good & lucky you posted it because I’ve been suffering sleep apnea, or I think I am, so I’ll be reading through your site now ??

I’ve tried to strip mine back to just bare essentials and because the theme of the site is changing (went from gaming topics to commercials and mystery stories), I’ve kept it dark to emphasise the videos (lots of them).

Once I get time (really need to write more for it and have lots of content to put up), I’ll come back to the design since there’s a host of things I want to change.

    Thanks again, much appreciated.
