Right, you can not use W3 Total Cache and WP Supercache together.
(They are basically developed from same Cache plugin.)

The host probably has lot of websites on one virtual machine, sometimes they host upto 700-800 sites. Quite obviously they shows various errors. Probably you are facing PHP memory limit.

Surely, you can solve yourself; in fact you are progressing in the learning process quite nicely. There is no rocket science behind, to be honest.
