My one Redirect doesn’t work from home page

I’m trying to redirect this to https://www.localiteee.com/whatslocaliteee

I click on the link from within RYA and it brings up the redirected page, but visiting the page https://www.registeryourappliance.uk doesn’t redirect.

I must be doing something wrong? Help me pleeeeese! ??
