My options are not saved when i select them in super cache

None of my sites with super cache allow me to select any options.
When i select them and save it always shows them all as blank.

It seems to be creating the cached pages and the rewrite rules are being created by supercache

but it isn’t serving the pages that are created and there are no

appearing at the end of the pages served but it is on the pages in the cache if i load them from the ftp.

any help will be greatly appreciated
