my order page

    Hello!

    I’ve woocommerce version 3.5.3 , (the payments are not in real for the moment), and after I make an order, under the My order page (that has this two shortcodes: [woocommerce_my_account] and [woo_myorders]) I see this error: “Your cart is empty”.

    How I can fix it?

    Hi there,

    Admittedly I don’t quite understand the issue here – The my-account page isn’t used as the cart page and will only contain orders that have *already* been made in the past.

    As for the [woo_myorders] shortcode – that’s not something that comes with the core WooCommerce plugin itself and it might be powered by a 3rd party plugin. For what it’s worth, here’s a list of the shortcodes that come with WooCommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

    Moving forward, can you share a screenshot of where you’re seeing the issue exactly? I’d like to make sure we have a shared understanding of where the problem lies ??

    I’ve woocommerce version 3.5.3

    Along with other testing, I’d recommend updating to the latest version of WooCommerce – we’re unable to provide support for this outdated version.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
