    Hi there

    I just love SAB!

    I have one issue:

    Normally my own gravatar is a circle like the gravatar for people who make comments. Suddenly it is more an oval, that I do not like. You can see an example here in the bottom: https://stegemueller.dk/den-endelige-afgoerelse/.

    The problem is in all browsers.

    Server architecture: Linux 3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.38.el7.x86_64 x86_64
    PHP version: 7.4.15 (Supports 64bit values)

    I have looked everywhere but can’t find a wrong setting. Can you?

    Kind regards,
    Hanne B. Stegemüller,
    Denmark

    Hi,
    Add this to your CSS:

    .commentlist img.sab-custom-avatar {
        max-width: 100%;
    }

    If you have a minute, please leave a review. It’s what keeps support going. Thank you ?? https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/simple-author-box/reviews/#new-post

    Hi

    Thank you very much for your reply – and sorry for my late reply. I did not get an notification e-mail.

    I found several several CSS files here:
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-author-box/assets/css

    and I inserted you code in this file: sabox.css

    I think it not help. Did I use the wrong file?

    I have also tried the Quick CSS for my theme (Enfold Child) that did also not help.

    Kind regards,
    Hanne

    Hi,
    I really can’t say. It could be cache, or some optimization plugin you have, or some other specific way your site is set up. If you can’t confirm that the new CSS is being loaded when looking at the source then it’s most certainly cache.

    Hi there

    Sorry I have not seen your e-mail-reply. That is why my answer come so late. I did not get a notification, and of course I have check mark in “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”.

    I open this threat again, as I of course have cleared my cache many, many times and the image is still wrong and looks terrible.

    My site is not set up any specific way, and the image looked okay right till I installed your plug-in. I send a link with the specific image to make sure, we see the same. https://stegemueller.dk/temp/Screenshot_1.jpg I use Hummingbird Pro with a fine possibility to clear cache and Smush.

    Which ideas do you have?

    Kind regards,

    Hi,
    The extra CSS is visible in the file – https://stegemueller.dk/wp-content/plugins/simple-author-box/assets/css/sabox.css
    Why is it not loading on the site (and it’s definitely not) I can’t say. It’s either cache or CSS minification or something related to that.
